Marketing Officer(CRM)

職位詳情: - Manage and optimize the Group’s loyalty programs, CRM system and VIP reward program;
- Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies and promotions according to the Group’s objective in order to achieve KPIs as assigned;
- Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members;
- Plan and organise creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ experience;
- Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc.;
- Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities;
- Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners to increase member database and offer more value to existing members;
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.

學歷要求:大學,大專

相關年資:4年

電腦應用:熟悉

語文程度:粵語 流利 英語  國語  

職位詳情: - Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines;
- 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with focus on CRM or Customer Loyalty Program;
- Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with creative mindset;
- Independent and be able to work under pressure with strong ability to prioritize works;
- Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is highly preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
